yes, I spent money on a commercial program.
Because today is the first day of the rest of my life, and I want to enjoy it. And because we fly to India in 30 days. And because I needed some input. I bought into a plan called Paleo Leap today. it promises a 30 day re-start complete with menus, grocery lists, recipes and support.Tomorrow is start day. I like the look of the menus, and the grocery lists make life so much easier!
